Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Carpo’s Clicks
We strive to provide the best possible service to make your event unforgettable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please review our refund policy below.
1. Cancellation by Client

14 Days or More Before Event: Deposit is forfeited.

7–13 Days Before Event: 50% refund of total booking amount.

Less Than 7 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued.
2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed once, provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to the event.

New event date must be within 6 months of the original date and is subject to availability.

If rescheduling is not possible, the refund policy under Section 1 will apply.
3. Cancellations by Carpo’s Clicks

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, staff emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

We will also make every reasonable effort to find a suitable replacement or alternative solution.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing shelter or an alternate indoor location.

If weather prevents setup and no alternative is provided, the refund policy under Section 1 applies.
5. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% wis required to secure your date.

This deposit is applied toward your total balance but is not refunded in the case of client cancellation.
6. No-Show Policy

If client or event contact is not present at the scheduled start time and there is no response within 30 minutes, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
7. Force Majeure

In the case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
