Carpo’s Clicks Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 1st/2025
These Terms and Conditions set forth the general terms and conditions of use for photo booth rental services provided by Carpo Clicks and the client, By booking or using our 360 photo booth services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
1.2. If payment is not received in full by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.
1.3. Accepted payment methods include Credit card, E transfer
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. All cancellations must be made in writing.
2.2. If cancellation occurs:

More than 14 days prior to the event: only the deposit is forfeited.

Less than 7 days prior to the event 100% of the total fee is due.
2.3. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, extreme weather), a full refund will be issued.
3. Service Duration & Setup
3.1. Our team will arrive approximately [e.g., 1 hour] prior to the agreed start time for setup.
3.2. Service duration is as stated in your booking contract. Any additional hours are subject to availability and will incur additional fees.
3.3. Delays caused by the venue or client may reduce the operating time without refund or extension.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The client must ensure:

Adequate space and power supply for the booth setup.

Safe and accessible conditions for staff and equipment.
4.2. The client is liable for any damage caused by guests to equipment or props.
5. Content Usage & Privacy
5.1. By using the booth, guests consent to being photographed and filmed.
5.2. The Company may use photos and videos for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media) unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
5.3. All digital content will be delivered within [e.g., 48 hours] post-event via [e.g., download link, USB].
6. Liability
6.1. The Company is not responsible for:

Injuries sustained while using the booth or props.

Equipment downtime due to power outages, guest interference, or venue restrictions.
6.2. The Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta.
